My name is Marek Jurczykowski, and I have been working in soccer coaching for over 15 years.
I hold a UEFA B coaching license and have experience working with all age groups — from grassroots and youth players to senior teams. Throughout my career, I have coached in various club environments, gaining a broad perspective on player development at every stage.
A significant part of my experience was gained while working at Motor Lublin, where I coached youth teams and focused on structured training processes, long-term development, and age-appropriate training models. I worked with the 2005 and 2006 age groups, developing technical foundations, decision-making, and tactical understanding over multiple seasons.
Beyond club coaching, I have taken part in national tournaments, coaching projects, training camps, and coaching conferences, and I have also organized numerous development camps and training events for young players.
Later, I founded my own academy, Świdniczanka, which grew to over 100 players in a short period of time. The academy was built on clear structure, consistent methodology, and a long-term approach to player development.
Today, I design game models, periodization plans, training sessions, and practical coaching tools based on real work on the field. I combine daily coaching practice with running an educational platform for coaches, parents, and players, focused on clarity, structure, and effective training solutions.
Over the years, I have worked with and helped develop many players at different stages of their careers. Several of them have continued their development at a higher level, including Patryk Mazur, who currently plays for Juventus FC. This experience confirms the long-term, development-focused approach that guides my coaching work.
